What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles within a software development company, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Project/Product Management, Consulting, or Sales Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of how software development projects are planned, executed, and scaled — bonus points for working closely with Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confident working with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UX Designers.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillset.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools (Jira, Trello, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and experience with them in day-to-day work.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — you’ll be working with international clients regularly.
  • Located in the EU with strong regional experience — able to navigate local market dynamics and client expectations effectively.

Alongside the experience mentioned, the following will be considered an asset:

  • Knowledge of German language and experience working with DACH market.
