Marketing Automation Specialist

2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot Marketing Hub will be a big plus) Strong understanding of marketing funnels, email marketing, lead nurturing, segmenting database and customer lifecycle marketing Proven track record of building successful automated campaigns that drive conversions Solid analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent English Nice to have Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments.
