🎯 Role Overview As the Beehiiv Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of newsletter projects built on the Beehiiv platform.You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams — content, analytics, and technical — ensuring seamless execution, data accuracy, and measurable growth.This is a strategic and operational leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and has proven experience managing digital or content-based projects. 📌 Requirements Proven experience in marketing and managing digital or newsletter projects. Strong background as a Project Manager in marketing, media, or content-driven environments. Solid understanding of email / newsletter platforms (Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit, etc.). Confident with data dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or internal BI tools). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast execution pace. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Upper-Intermediate English or higher. 💡 Nice to Have Experience launching media or content products from scratch. Understanding of Growth / Acquisition and monetization strategies in content projects.
