Romanian​-speaking Customer Service Consultant

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: ​

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

We recruit remotely Learn about the stages of recruitment: ​

  1. Screening - initial telephone interview. 
  2. Language test. 
  3. Online interview with English language verification. 
  4. Information for you about our decision.

- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 47,00 gross/h.​
