What you need to have to succeed in this role Project management / PMO background Minimum of 5-7 years proven experience on large-scale projects in the financial services sector. The presentation skills required to handle senior stakeholders. Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Microsoft Suite of Application). Motivated self-starter with ability to work collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision making skills. Strong team-working skills, working in global teams across multiple time zones. Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Methodologies like DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative process. Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements. Identify project issues, communicate them and assist in their resolution. Assist in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing project team methodology and performance. The preparation and review of project documentation including status reports, risk and issue logs, project plans and other documents as required. Actively manage operational issues that arise in conjunction with advisers and stakeholders and provide solutions for colleagues and senior executives. Provide the drive to push the projects forward and ensure that delivery milestones are met.  Proficient knowledge of JIRA and general reporting standards Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal reports and dashboards Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within Jira Some careers shine brighter than others.
