What you need to have to succeed in this role Min 4 years of work experience with an extensive background in the role of delivery/ project manager and delivering projects with Agile methodologies. Experience working as a people manager with >5 subordinates. Mentoring people, building career plans, feedback loops. Ability to build collaborative relationships, facilitating, challenging, and bringing ideas together to solve problems as well as to work in a virtual team environment across geographic boundaries and cultures. Technical background, understanding the basics SDLC principles, and Data space. Experience working in financial institution (banking or similar). Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills. Ability to work on own initiative.
