  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and local tax regulations.
  • Experience managing payroll for large employee populations (4000+).
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset.
  • Advantage: knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle) and experience in implementation projects.
