Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of payroll experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of German payroll legislation and tax compliance.
  • Proven track record in handling high-volume payroll.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., Oracle, ADP, or similar).
  • Experience with expatriate payrolls and payroll-related projects will be an asset.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Team Leader to take ownership of payroll operations in the DACH region. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes in-house – which gives you full visibility and impact on operational, compliance, and strategic areas.
