Scrum Master @ ITDS

You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams in financial services  Hands-on expertise using JIRA and Confluence to manage delivery dashboards  Proven record of applying Agile and SAFe methodologies in complex environments  Strong experience in resource planning, demand management, and capacity management  Solid track record of delivering projects under challenging timelines and priorities  Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build cohesive relationships  Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across global teams  Experience in solving poorly defined problems by applying structure and rigor  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments  Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, and escalation processes  It is a strong plus if you have: Experience with API and microservices delivery projects  Prior involvement in multiple Agile trains within SAFe environments  Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams  Familiarity with financial services technology transformation programs  Scrum Master Join us, and drive agile delivery that transforms global solutions Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).
