Several years of experience in designing and consultancy in implementing ServiceNow platform and integrations proven by ServiceNow certifications and delivered projects Several years of consulting and functional experience with ITIL Service Management processes ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (CRM, HRSD and SOM) and interconnection with other ServiceNow Modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation and influencing skills Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture and worked integration with other applications Experience with industry-specific ServiceNow solutions proven by certifications and delivered projects Good Understanding of Agentic and Gen AI is a plus Familiarity with agile delivery models and digital transformation frameworks.
