YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of experience in designing and consultancy in implementing ServiceNow platform and integrations proven by ServiceNow certifications and delivered projects
- Several years of consulting and functional experience with ITIL Service Management processes
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (CRM, HRSD and SOM) and interconnection with other ServiceNow Modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation and influencing skills
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture and worked integration with other applications
- Experience with industry-specific ServiceNow solutions proven by certifications and delivered projects
- Good Understanding of Agentic and Gen AI is a plus
- Familiarity with agile delivery models and digital transformation frameworks.
- English language is a must, German or French is a plus
- ITIL Certified
