5–8 years of experience in a PMO role. Experience in data-related change, preferably within financial services. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with corporate standards and processes is an advantage. Proven ability to influence and build relationships across IT and Business stakeholders in a global matrix organization. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze and coordinate multiple projects and workstream data. Experience in designing and implementing process improvements at portfolio or programme level. Proficient in spoken and written English.
