Your future company Our client is a fast-growing IT company employing around 250 people in Poland. On their behalf, we are looking for a Manager of the HR Business Partners Team, who – in addition to the leadership role – will also act as an HRBP for the commercial (sales) function. This position offers a real opportunity to shape HR within the organization. It is not a purely managerial role – what matters here is hands-on involvement, close collaboration with people, and the ability to deliver effective solutions in real time. The company is expanding dynamically – although this role is initially a maternity cover, there is a possibility of future opportunities within the organization.
