ESG Regulatory Reporting Manager @ Antal

Proven experience in finance, with a strong track record in regulatory or financial reporting within large-scale financial institutions. Qualified accountant or equivalent academic background, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Solid knowledge of ESG reporting, IRR, FINREP, AR&A, and ECB reporting requirements (an advantage). Experience in a controllership role, particularly in designing and maintaining control frameworks for high-risk processes. Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret numeric data to support high-quality reporting and decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams. Good understanding of the banking business, balance sheet structure, and how they align with various regulatory requirements. Fluent in English.
