Senior DevOps Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer Excellent proficiency with the AWS cloud platform with focus on infrastructure as code using Hashicorp Terraform. Good experience with Composable Architecture principals, especially on an API first strategy. Excellent proficiency with the AWS cloud platform with focus on infrastructure as code using Hashicorp Terraform and version control via Git. Optional knowledge in Backstage Configurations & Operations. Excellent knowledge in automation with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions. Excellent knowledge in Kubernetes / Docker development and operations with focus on AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service and AWS Elastic Container Service. Excellent knowledge in security concept with focus on operations of Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager and using OpenID Connect using Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and authorization. Senior DevOps Engineer - HashiCorp Vault  We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a part of Bayer's Customer Engagement Team. You will work on improving our 'System and Data Integration Capabilities', especially by taking the responsibility of secrets storage solution using HashiCorp Vault. ,[Develop scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on the AWS cloud platform., Develop infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, containerization, and orchestration using tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker., Setup, maintain and operate a secrets storage solution using Hashicorp Vault., Design and develop CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions to enable seamless deployment of applications and services, Lead the implementation of automated testing and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality and reliability, Lead the setup and configuration of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure, Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to understand their needs and provide DevOps support, Provide and integrate solutions for security scanning and vulnerability assessment into the developer tool portfolio and CI/CD pipelines, Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure and application incidents to ensure stable opera] Requirements: Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, HashiCorp Vault, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Grafana, Prometheus Tools: Agile, Scrum.
