  • wykształcenie wyższe techniczne,
  • min. 5 lata doświadczenia zawodowego na podobnych stanowiskach, w firmie produkcyjnej o charakterze produkcji seryjnej z branży automotive,
  • znajomość metod zarządzania projektami (np. APQP, PRINCE),
  • doświadczenie praktyczne w zakresie APQP, FMEA, VDA,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie bardzo dobrym,
  • umiejętności zarządzania projektami technicznymi oraz wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne,
  • umiejętność budowania zespołu projektowego,
  • umiejętność kierowania zespołem i motywowania,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (w szczególności MS Project),
  • znajomość IATF 16949:2016 i ISO 14001:2015
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy.
