Deep understanding of agricultural clients, with sensitivity to farmers’ needs, priorities, and concerns Ability to connect authentically with farmers and “speak their language” French language (native or proficient) and comfortable communicating in English in a work context Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in international B2C direct sales Excellent listening and analytical skills — able to ask insightful questions and adapt based on what you learn Ambitious and outgoing, with confidence in achieving challenging sales goals Based in France Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agriculture sector — experience in precision agriculture is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Hands-on experience with CRM systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related technical field At least 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies Familiarity with GPS, telematics, and other precision and digital farming tools FieldBee by eFarmer is an agricultural machine automation company that designs, manufactures, and markets tractor guidance and steering systems, field operations software, and data-driven solutions for farmers, agricultural OEMs, and distributors.
