We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our client fully remote team. This pivotal role will oversee and continuously enhance daily operations across our Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Project Management Office (PMO) functions.

About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring teams align with strategic goals, and fostering a high-performance, remote-first work culture. Strong consultancy experience is highly valued in this role, as it brings a proactive, client- focused mindset to process and team management.
