Implementation Engineer @ Silent Eight

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar), basic Kubernetes operations, and proficiency in Linux environments. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus). Ability to use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash/PowerShell) for task automation. Capability to diagnose issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers. Experience managing tasks, reporting progress/risks, and following priorities in systems like Jira. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) is a strong plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, PMs, and clients. Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (mandatory). Confident use of AI to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and problem analysis. Curiosity and willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
