What skill are we looking for? A strong technical background in software engineering and architecture, with experience in modern programming languages. Willing to come into our Kraków or Gdańsk office 2-3 times per week. Ability to work independently with very little direction, taking full ownership of projects. Identifying blind spots, anticipating challenges, and prioritizing work effectively. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency using Javascript, Typescript, Kubernetes, and AWS. Experience in writing and/or supporting React. Some experience using Python, Django, or FastAPI. Experience with RDBMS/SQL is required (Postgres). Perfect candidate also has: Location: Kraków.
