About the Customer: Our client is a global leader in electronic signature technology and agreement solutions, helping organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on, and manage agreements. Role Overview: We are seeking a second Operations Engineer (OE) to join the production engineering team. In this role, you will monitor, maintain, and optimize software production environments, collaborating closely with infrastructure and development teams. The Ideal Candidate profile:  Technical background in application and server support: Experience supporting .NET or similar enterprise applications in Windows and cloud environments. Experience with infrastructure operations: Skilled in managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, security configurations, and virtual machines. DevOps and automation skills: Proficient with CI/CD tools and pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps); skilled in scripting and automating deployments or environment preparation. Monitoring & troubleshooting: Able to use system monitoring tools, analyze logs, and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
