Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or a similar role) in IT-related projects. Fluency in German (mandatory), and communicative English. Theoretical knowledge of system architecture, databases, and scripting and the ability to grasp technical environments without hands-on coding or scripting. Familiarity with working in environments involving critical infrastructure or complex systems. Excellent communication and consultative skills to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
