‍Required qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in business and systems analysis. Ability to analyze business needs and technical requirements, as well as prepare detailed project documentation. In-depth analysis of technical aspects of projects, including system architecture, API integrations, databases, and other technology components. Knowledge of tools supporting the creation of software architecture diagrams. Technical understanding and basic programming skills (JavaScript/Java/Python, SQL, HTML). Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach. Knowledge of business processes and the ability to understand complex client needs. Experience in managing a backlog in JIRA. Proficiency in English and Polish (B2+ level), enabling fluent communication with clients. Preferred skills: Experience as a Product Owner will be an additional asset. Familiarity with requirements description methods such as user stories and use cases. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with complex corporate applications. Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to automate backlog management. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, someone who enjoys challenges.
