YOUR PROFILE 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI systems design, or digital transformation. Deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks. Proven experience in architecting solutions across HRL, Q2R, and REC domains. Strong understanding of blueprint methodologies, especially BP_IPO frameworks. Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and AI/ML stacks. Fluent in English. Preferred Skills: Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAgents, or CrewAI. Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman) or AI/ML. Exposure to digital twin modeling, agent simulation, or AI safety frameworks. YOUR ROLE We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Agentic Architect to lead the design and deployment of AgenticAI-powered architectures across the Hire to Retire Lifecycle (HRL), Quote to Revenue (Q2R), and Recruit to Contract (REC) blueprint domains. This role is central to enabling autonomous, intelligent systems that drive talent agility, commercial velocity, and operational excellence.
