What You Will Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years' experience as a QA Lead within an agile Software Development team, with relevant industry certification and experience in both automated and manual testing.
  • 3+ years' experience designing automated and manual testing for web applications and REST APIs.
  • Direct experience developing processes for, and conducting, performance testing.
  • Experience defining and driving the adoption of automated and manual testing best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and delivering strategic objectives.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and developing relationships with other teams.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and DevSecOps delivery processes (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GIT).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including experience managing workshops and writing best practice documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge.
