Required Skills & Experience

  • Onboarding: Initial onboarding in Prague; quarterly training sessions in Southern Germany (all travel expenses covered by the client).
Nice to Have
  • Experience developing embedded software compliant with standards such as IEEE 12207, ASPICE, or VDA QMC.
  • Prior exposure to Qualcomm automotive SoCs.
  • Familiarity with automotive safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer specializing in hardware acceleration for AI applications. You will contribute to a long-term project with a leading automotive client in Southern Germany, working on advanced automotive SoCs to enable next-generation AI-driven solutions.

The engineer will join Cluster Insight and support:

  • Measuring utilization of AI accelerators.
  • Implementing schedulers to allow multiple AI models from T3 to share the same hardware resources efficiently.
  • Participating in high-level technical discussions with T3 developers to defend and validate proposed solutions.
