Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B or SaaS products
Strong portfolio showcasing complex interfaces (dashboards, data tables, settings, etc.) and clear UX thinking
Proficiency in Figma: components, auto-layouts, design systems, prototyping, wireframing
Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
Experience working closely with product managers, analysts, and developers in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills - you can clearly explain design decisions and gather feedback
Ability to conduct or support UX research: user interviews, usability tests, behavior analysis
Structured thinking and attention to detail
English Level: Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus:
Understanding of HTML/CSS limitations and React/Vue components — not for coding, but to collaborate effectively with developers
Knowledge of design system principles, atomic design, and accessibility standards
Ability to export and clearly communicate design specifications (typically via Zeplin or Figma Inspect)

The project is a platform for managing and automating data centers and equipment (more than 20,000 units). The system provides real-time data collection from devices, real-time monitoring, mass device configuration, and employee task manager.
