Proven expertise in process safety, ATEX, ergonomics, Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and practical problem-solving. 10+ years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of Polish HSE regulations, EU standards, and ESG systems. Experience managing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated achievements in building a safety culture and driving continuous improvement. Languages: fluent Polish and English.
