What you need to have to succeed in this role Hands on experience of delivering projects throughout the full project lifecycle; e.g. Planning, Controlling, Monitoring, Reporting. Proven track record of working with technical and operations teams. Strong and effective stakeholder engagement and man management skills. Excellent communication skills. Positive team player working as part of a large programme. NICE TO HAVE Previous experience of defining and leading projects in the Cyber Security domain. Experience of working with global teams. Agile and/or Waterfall (Hybrid) Project Management approaches. Experience with MS-Project, JIRA & Confluence. HSBC is working on a strategic Cryptography programme and is re-shaping and uplifting the way Cryptographic Security is done across the bank. We are undergoing a transformation of its Cryptography controls, tooling, practices and capabilities for on premise and cloud environments. The role is to work alongside the Cryptography Engineering teams, Cryptography SME’s, Control Owners, IT teams, other Project and Programme Managers to enhance the and maintain the Cryptography engineering assets.
