Previous experience in a data governance, data management, data risk and control role or alternative experience in cross functional roles like data architecture may be applicable. In-depth understanding of data governance, quality, cyber security and compliance. Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services such as Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets, core banking application such as Avaloq supporting the banking business processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven record of effective project management, including planning and decision making, identifying priorities and bringing projects to successful completion in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on high standards and quality. Excellent oral and written communication, articulate, diplomatic, strategic thinker, visionary, persuasive, able to negotiation and manage conflicts, ability to understand high-level strategy but also be engaged in the detail. Bachelor's degree in a related field and expert level of experience dealing directly with data management required. Experience in data management and analytics tools such as Collibra, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
