- 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in programme/project management role on complex projects across countries or regions
- Understanding of the Programme and Project lifecycle; including working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, PMO processes and best practice techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Evidence of self-development e.g. working through appropriate curriculum
- Experience in leading PMO unit would be an asset

The Senior Portfolio Services Management job category oversees the governance and delivery of the change portfolio for their remit area and is responsible for portfolio management support activities within the allocated portfolio as required by the Transformation/PMO/Management Services function.
