Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 systems: installation, troubleshooting, configuration of devices and applications. Experience in hardware configuration automation (e.g. implementing laptops, preparing the user environment, building and distributing system images). Basic knowledge of computer networks and diagnosing connection problems. Knowledge of any one tool for work automation (scripts, nocode, lowcode). Experience in creating documentation.
