Oczekiwania minimum 4-5 lat doświadczenia w rekrutacjach IT (preferowane doświadczenie w pracy z Klientem, np. w outsourcingu lub software house’ach), umiejętność samodzielnego prowadzenia pełnego procesu rekrutacyjnego – od screeningu po zamknięcie rekrutacji z najlepiej dopasowanych kandydatów, intuicja, wyczucie ludzi i inteligencja emocjonalna – potrzebujemy nie tylko oceny technicznych kompetencji, ale też dogłębnego badania motywacji i dopasowania osobowościowego, osoba z charakterem, potrafiąca mówić wprost i jasno komunikować swoje zdanie, osoba z łatwością i chęcią utożsamiania się z firmą i traktuje rekrutację jako prawdziwą pasję, płynna komunikacja w języku angielskim. Obowiązki prowadzenie rekrutacji IT (developerzy, konsultanci) w ścisłej współpracy z PM-ami i liderami technicznymi, odpowiedzialność za jakość kandydatów, a nie masowość – trafne rekomendacje i skuteczny screening, rozwijanie procesów rekrutacyjnych i współpraca z biznesem przy podejmowaniu decyzji, udział w projektach związanych z budowaniem systemu szkoleń i rozwoju pracowników (ownership nad obszarem People & Development), korzystanie z dostępnych narzędzi (LinkedIn Premium, ATS – Traffit), dbanie o efektywne wykorzystanie budżetów rekrutacyjnych i szkoleniowych.
