Wymagania Min. 7 lat doświadczenia jako Analityk Biznesowy w obszarze obsługi transakcji finansowych (trade booking / trade processing).  Dobra znajomość cyklu życia transakcji (Front Office – Middle Office – Back Office).  Solidna wiedza produktowa w zakresie: FX Cash, instrumentów pochodnych (Rates Derivatives, ETD, Credit).  Doświadczenie w pełnym cyklu projektowym (Agile, UAT, testy, wdrożenia).  Mile widziana znajomość standardów branżowych (np. ISDA FPML, CDM).  Umiejętność modelowania procesów i danych (UML, BPML, logical data modelling).  Silne zdolności analityczne, rozwiązywanie problemów, umiejętność współpracy z programistami i testerami.  Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie).  Wykształcenie wyższe – preferowane kierunki: informatyka, inżynieria, finanse, ekonomia lub pokrewne.  Umiejętności dodatkowe Wiedza z zakresu API i modeli danych.  Doświadczenie w pracy z globalnymi interesariuszami.  Umiejętność działania pod presją czasu (np. w incydentach krytycznych).  Kompetencje przywódcze i zdolność pełnienia roli mini Product Ownera w zespole.   Poszukujemy doświadczonego Analityka Biznesowo-Systemowego, który będzie łączył kompetencje analityczne i techniczne (ok. 60% Business Analysis, 40% System/Technical Analysis).
