How to become an AI-driven Creative Strategist at scandiweb eCommerce Expert Team?

What do we expect from you?

Given the dynamic and versatile nature of this role, prior experience in the field as well as a growth-driven, energetic personality is required. The requirements for the AI-driven Creative Strategist position are as follows:

  • Experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or FireFly in creative workflows;
  • At least 1 year of experience working with creatives and designs;
  • An existing portfolio showcasing your work;
  • Understanding of creatives/visualization concepts;
  • Basic understanding of media buying/paid media;
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and paid media team;
  • Ability to generate concepts within brand guidelines and aesthetics;
  • Strong eye for effective creative;
  • Excellent storytelling skills;
  • Proficient in copywriting;
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking;
  • Confident presentation skills;
  • Understanding of creative tools, e.g. Motion or other alternatives;
  • Confidence in English for effective communication and writing.


While these skills are not mandatory requirements, having prior experience in eCommerce, knowledge and understanding of branding, and a tech-savvy personality will be considered as a bonus.

Collaborating closely with the Paid Media team, your daily routine will involve multiple tests, as each message prompts a variety of audience responses. Through these tests, you can continually optimize until you identify the most effective approach for generating more revenue., You will have an opportunity to work with diverse target audiences, learn, and understand their pain points.
