Business Tester – Financial Services

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in business testing within the financial services or payments sector. Strong understanding of payment workflows, transaction lifecycles, and financial regulations. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM). Ability to write and execute test cases based on business and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness. Experience with SWIFT, SEPA, or real-time payment systems. Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance and financial reporting. Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (optional). Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles. *We are looking for Poland based candidate. You will play a critical role in validating complex financial systems from a business user perspective, ensuring that payment workflows, transaction integrity, and compliance requirements are met across platforms. This role involves close collaboration with other testers, developers, and business stakeholders to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and cross-VS validation in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
