Change Manager | SAP Transformation – HR

Your profile: University degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or a related field; certifications in Change Management (e.g. Prosci), Project Management (PMP/Agile), and/or Systemic Coaching are a plus. 5+ years’ experience in change management for large-scale transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations. Strong knowledge of change management principles, best practices, and methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR or similar). Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in engaging senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor. Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus. Proven experience in designing and coordinating end-user training programs. Analytical, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving project needs. Prior experience in international, multi-country projects; cultural awareness and willingness to travel within Europe.
