Job Description

As an Air Travel Advisor, you will assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system.
  • Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English.
  • Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers' enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs.
  • Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more.

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German Language, C1 level.
  • Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required : Fast Wired internet connection (16/10 Mbps) – Must have.
  • Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there.
  • Must be available to work onsite during initial training period.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile.
