Hledáme globálního recruitera, který chápe, že najít skvělé lidi není jen o zadání inzerátu. Potřebujeme parťáka, který rozumí sales & marketing rolím a má zkušenosti s hiringem na globálním trhu (EU/US).

Budujeme značku, která expanduje do světa a chceme, aby naši kandidáti byli o krok napřed.

Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Porozumění náborovým potřebám týmů (zejména sales a marketing) a specifikace pozic.

  • Plánování výběrových řízení, které vedou k náboru těch nejlepších lidí pro Vilgain.

  • Aktivní vyhledávání kandidátů napříč platformami (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping).

  • Spolupráce s hiring managery, kteří vědí, co chtějí, a dají ti důvěru.

  • Budování sítě kontaktů na EU a US trhu.

  • Employer branding ať už psaní inzerátů, LinkedIn Marketing, nebo organizace meet-upů.

  • Prostor hledat nové způsoby, jak zaujmout A-players.

  • A další aktivity napříč HR - pokud tě láká širší přesah.

Jak si tě představujeme?

  • Zkušenost s náborem marketingových nebo sales pozic (ideálně 360° sourcing i pohovory).

  • Praxe s globálním hiringem - znáš trhy jako a víš, že v každé zemi to funguje trochu jinak.

  • Zápal pro nábor - hledáš cesty, ne výmluvy.

  • Silná orientace na pracovním trhu a schopnost "číst" LinkedIn.

  • Kreativitu v komunikaci s kandidáty i tvorbě inzerátů.

  • Angličtinu min. B2/C1 (komunikujeme i mezinárodně).

  • Znalost ATS (ideálně Recruitee).

  • Samostatnost, spolehlivost, drive.

Jak probíhá náborový proces?

  1. První call s recruiterem - pobavíme se o základních věcech a očekáváních.

  2. Case study - dostaneš úkol, na kterém ukážeš, jak přemýšlíš.

  3. Vyhodnocení case-study a meeting s našim recruitment týmem.

  4. Na závěr se s CEO a Founderem, Michalem Hubíkem - poslední kolo, kde si povíme, jestli jsme match.
