  • Hledáme člověka, co umí psát testovací scénáře a už je aplikoval v praxi na vícero komerčních aplikacích. Člověka, který pracoval na projektech, kde E2E testing a regresní, integrační nebo smoke testy byly součástí denní praxe.
  • Jsme czech-first tým v mezinárodní firmě a tak se tu neobejdeme bez dobré znalosti češtiny a angličtiny (B2).
  • QA se účastní všech agilních ceremoniálů a je součástí procesu od úvodní technické analýzy. Každý task, který developeři dokončí, jde na testování ke QA. Naše práce je systematická a neustále přemýšlíme o tom jak ji posouvat dopředu (teď je pro nás aktuální téma AI coding agents). Je pro nás důležité najít parťáka, který má stejný mindset a velkou dávku pečlivosti v sobě.
Jak může vypadat Tvůj den?
  • Pracuješ v end-to-end squadu (Tech Lead + Devs + QAs + Delivery manager) na velkém projektu typu internet bankingu. Squad má pravidelné standupy, kde si sdílíte aktuální stav tasků.
    Testování a nasazování featur
  • Jde o E2E testing se vším všudy, kde testuješ jak webové aplikace, tak i ty mobilní
  • Celé to začíná technickou analýzou, které se jako QA účastníš, zjistíš tak o co v dané featuře jde a co později budeš testovat (získání contextu). Zároveň tu můžeš challengovat zadání.
  • Připravuješ si testovací scénáře
  • Jakmile developer dokončí featuru, přichází tvoje chvíle, nasadíš ji na staging a vrhneš se na testování a snažíš se najít bugy, které ti tam developer nastražil
  • Pokud něco najdeš, nareportuješ to v Linearu a dáš vědět developerovi, ať to opraví
  • Úzce spolupracuješ s developery a delivery managerem, aby opravy byly implementovány správně
  • Vyhodnocuješ výsledky E2E testů buď samostatně nebo společně s automation testerem a řešíte spolu případné testovací scénáře
  • Hotovou featuru nasazuješ do produkce přes Github Actions
  • Ujistíš se, že produkce běží v pořádku
    Kooperace s kolegy z QA Tribu
  • Pravidelně se potkáváš s kolegy z tvého tribu (nejméně 1x týdně)
  • Na tribe meetingu probíhá knowledge sharing, který si každý přináší ze svého squadu
  • QA mentor Vašek je ti k dispozici na technický mentoring

  • GitHub, GitHub actions, Testrail, Linear, Notion, PHP, Datadog, Postman, Playwright.
