Jak vypadá náš ideální parťák?
Hledáme člověka, co umí psát testovací scénáře a už je aplikoval v praxi na vícero komerčních aplikacích. Člověka, který pracoval na projektech, kde E2E testing a regresní, integrační nebo smoke testy byly součástí denní praxe.
Jsme czech-first tým v mezinárodní firmě a tak se tu neobejdeme bez dobré znalosti češtiny a angličtiny (B2).
QA se účastní všech agilních ceremoniálů a je součástí procesu od úvodní technické analýzy. Každý task, který developeři dokončí, jde na testování ke QA. Naše práce je systematická a neustále přemýšlíme o tom jak ji posouvat dopředu (teď je pro nás aktuální téma AI coding agents). Je pro nás důležité najít parťáka, který má stejný mindset a velkou dávku pečlivosti v sobě.
Pracuješ v end-to-end squadu (Tech Lead + Devs + QAs + Delivery manager) na velkém projektu typu internet bankingu. Squad má pravidelné standupy, kde si sdílíte aktuální stav tasků. Jak může vypadat Tvůj den?

Testování a nasazování featurJde o E2E testing se vším všudy, kde testuješ jak webové aplikace, tak i ty mobilníAle celé to začíná technickou analýzou, které se jako QA účastníš, aby jsi věděl, o co v dané featuře jde a co později budeš testovat (získání contextu). Zároveň tu můžeš challengovat zadání.Připravuješ si testovací scénářeJakmile developer dokončí featuru, přichází tvoje chvíle, sám si featuru nasadíš na staging a vrhneš se na testování a snažíš se najít bugy, které ti tam developer nastražilPokud něco najdeš, nareportuješ to v Linearu a dáš vědět developerovi, ať to opravíÚzce spolupracuješ s developery a delivery managerem, aby opravy byly implementovány správněVyhodnocuješ výsledky E2E testů buď sám nebo společně s automation testerem a řešíte spolu případné testovací scénářeHotovou featuru sám za pomocí Github Actions nasazuješ do produkceUjistíš se, že produkce běží v pořádku
