  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
  • Understand the end-to-end hiring cycle on a detailed process level for France.
  • Manage phases of the recruiting process such as pre-screening, interviews, selecting candidates, offer process, and contract handling.
  • Communicate with candidates during the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders during the hiring process such as universities/schools, OPCO, immigration vendors, etc.
  • Work closely and coordinate with other HR teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in other ad-hoc projects.
What you bring:
  • Minimum of two years of working experience in an international environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or a background in HR is required.
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Professional, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with specific deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, quality-focused.
  • Working experience with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting product is an advantage.
