This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require little travel into our Prague office. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Business Development:

Our Business Development team are vital in growing our business. From new partnerships and opportunities to increasing student numbers.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Agent Management: Assist in the management of agent accounts, ensuring they provide exceptional service to prospective students.
• Engage with Students: Respond to student inquiries promptly and professionally, providing the information they need to make informed decisions.
• Coordinate Offer Letters: Ensure that offer letters are accurately and swiftly sent out to agents and students, keeping the enrolment process on track.
• Track Student Progress: Monitor student progress through to enrolment, ensuring all milestone criteria are met.
  

About You:

We are looking for a Business Development Assistant who has experience in a sales-based role, preferably within the education sector, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Essential Skills:

• Experience of working with complex sales processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role.
• Clear understanding of the standards and regulations set for the conduct and output for the role.
• Understanding of the activities of other areas of the University relevant to the student recruitment function.
• Knowledge of Student Finance procedures and time frames.
