Senior Market Access Manager

As a Senior Market Access Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving ALK's Market Access activities in Czechia and Slovakia, supporting pricing and reimbursement processes, and ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate complex healthcare environments, secure product access, and monitor policy developments that impact ALK's portfolio.

• Manage and coordinate Market Access processes across Czechia and Slovakia, including pricing and reimbursement applications and renewals.

• Oversee ALK's Market Access projects, ensuring timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of price and reimbursement documentation.

• Collaborate with external consultants, legal advisors, and healthcare partners to ensure compliance and alignment of all Market Access activities.

• Support the preparation of submissions and advise on action steps, timing, and content.

• Monitor healthcare policy and legislative changes, as well as competitive and market access trends across CEE.

• Prepare and maintain annual Market Access plans and reports, including timelines, milestones, and anticipated changes in legislation.

• Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, and payer strategies to identify opportunities and risks.

• Work cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure Market Access strategies support brand objectives.

• Ensure all Market Access activities are compliant with industry regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.

• University degree in Medical, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or Public Health.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry in Czechia and/or Slovakia.

• Solid understanding of healthcare systems, payer requirements, and pricing and reimbursement frameworks in CZ and/or SK.

• Knowledge of Market Access processes in other CEE countries is an advantage.

• Experience in Sales or Marketing is an asset.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective professional networks.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, pharmaceutical regulations, and pricing strategies.

• Ability to monitor and manage routine Market Access processes, including pricing and reimbursement reconciliations.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail.

• Capacity to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Demonstrated proactivity, problem-solving ability, and sense of urgency.
