As a UA Manager at AppAgent, your role goes beyond managing ad spend. Alongside our curious and high-performing team, you'll support crafting the growth strategies that turn promising titles into great games and drive new levels of growth for the established ones. You will see your expertise make a direct impact on titles at every stage, from innovative launches to the biggest names in the industry.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

360° Growth Audits: Play a contributing role in analyzing client performance to identify key growth opportunities for improvement, with a focus on paid acquisition channels.

UA Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin, Unity, etc.) to hit client KPIs.

Campaign Ownership: Own the full campaign lifecycle, from media planning and setup to final reporting and analysis, ensuring a healthy balance of workload and performance.

Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for UA performance, clearly communicating campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients.

AI & Innovation: Integrate AI-driven tools and solutions into your workflow to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Mentorship & Growth: Commit to your own professional growth towards becoming a well-rounded Mobile Marketer while actively mentoring your colleagues in your area of expertise.

ABOUT YOU

You have a strong, hands-on background in the mobile marketing ecosystem, with a core expertise in User Acquisition.

You find the story in the data. You're fluent in marketing analytics platforms (including MMPs) and can turn numbers into a clear, actionable strategy.

You think beyond UA, with a passion for and growing knowledge of the full growth stack (ASO, Creative, Analytics).

You are a clear and proactive communicator, able to report on performance confidently to clients and collaborate effectively with your internal team.

Bonus points for direct experience with mobile games, advanced data analysis skills, or a passion for integrating AI into your workflow.
