Project Manager

AIS Servis, s.r.o. je interní software-house velké mezinárodní finanční skupiny Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), kam v Česku patří pojišťovny Kooperativa a Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna. Co hledáme:

Hledáme zkušeného a motivovaného Project Managera/ku, který/á má alespoň 3 roky praxe v samostatném vedení projektů. Pokud máš vášeň pro projektové řízení, vynikající komunikační dovednosti a znalost nástroje Jira, jsi pro nás tou správnou osobou

Náplň práce:

  • Řízení projektů: povedeš projekty a koordinaci aktivit pro celou firmu s dodávkami pro velké hráče na pojišťovacím trhu i v rámci Divize Omega, která se zaměřuje mimo jiné na adopci nových technologií, automatizaci, RPA a vývojářské frameworky v rámci softwarové architektury.

  • Znalost SDLC: zajistíš dodržování procesů softwarového vývoje a budeš spolupracovat s vývojáři na dosažení optimálních výsledků.

  • Řízení rizik: identifikuješ a budeš řídit rizika, která by mohla ovlivnit průběh projektu.

  • Komunikace: úzce spolupracuješ s interními i externími týmy, komunikuješ se stakeholdery a zajišťuješ transparentní průběh projektů.

  • Efektivní vedení porad: povedeš porady s týmem, aby byla zajištěna koordinace a monitorování pokroku.
