Our AI team at CS SOFT is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager who can combine traditional project management principles with modern, AI-driven tools.

We develop software solutions powered by AI to automate, optimize, and predict. We're a small but dynamic team that values rapid iteration, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and bold ideas. With us, you won't just manage project plans — you'll have the opportunity to shape the future direction of our products and make a real impact on how AI is applied in practice.

What you'll do:

  • Manage 2–4 projects simultaneously – from strategy and delivery to successful deployment.
  • Take full ownership of budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
  • Choose the right project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) depending on the project type.
  • Use AI tools for planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
  • Lead presentations and status meetings with clients and internal teams, including quarterly evaluations.
  • Motivate and support your team – keeping productivity and satisfaction high.
  • Remove obstacles and ensure smooth communication between all involved parties.
  • Oversee that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business goals.

Who we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
  • 5+ years of leading projects from idea to production deployment.
  • Practical knowledge of project tracking and versioning tools (GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) as well as Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and empathy skills.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to leverage AI tools to work more efficiently.
  • Advanced English (client communication and documentation).

Bonus points if you:

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects (working with data, models, testing).
  • Background in startups or fast-paced product teams.
  • Technical awareness of web technologies and CI/CD processes.
