Purpose of the Job

Working as Project Manager with our clients, who are on a mission to save our home planet, you will be someone who is client focused and putting the client in the center of what you do.  You will be highly organized, attentive to detail, an excellent communicator, planner, and team player. 

You will be working closely with an Account Manager and ensure smooth execution of POS campaigns from brief to delivery and installation. You will be responsible for coordination of the project teams and delivering successful campaigns across Europe. This opportunity is based at our Prague office, with hybrid working possibility and occasional travel to client sites if required. 

 Key Responsibilities

• As a Campaign Project Manager you will be responsible for working closely with an Account Manager, our clients, suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications and on time in line with SLAs. Project coordination – ensuring all projects are fully and correctly processed through ERP system in real time, driving project progress forward by seeking required inputs, closing projects out quickly upon completion, clearly mapping best-practice processes and actively participating in ongoing improvements.
• Customer service – providing excellent customer service and prompt response to all internal and external clients, building client relationships by understanding their priorities and tailoring provided support, and being an expert in the handled concepts.
• Project reporting - regularly reporting on project status, inventory and project specific issues to clients quickly, with proposed solutions, providing feedback on delegated tasks, providing live visibility of the status of all projects and forecast stock demand, highlighting shortages to client or Production Manager and ensuring ERP system generates the most efficient reports.
• Communication - informing client & internal teams about project details, planning, timing and financial status.
• Troubleshooting and handling of claims - identifying and solving issues with effective solutions and flawlessly exceeding client expectations.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Experience in client services and project management, within marketing agency, retail agency or similar.
• Experience in retail POS campaigns, print production, or similar with understanding of the materials and production process.
• Strong project management skills: outstanding organizational and planning skills (ability to juggle multiple projects), coordination of team members, great attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
• A fast learner and someone who is keen to learn more about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.
• Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
• Experience with Adobe suite applications and SketchUp is great benefit.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Czech is a must.
