Your Role: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative specializing in Pet Health, you will be a key driver of Elanco's success in West, South, and Central Bohemia, building strong relationships with veterinary clinics and wholesalers. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also play a critical role in representing Elanco's values in your daily interactions with customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets through effective customer calls, wholesaler collaboration, and implementation of trade promotions.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key veterinary clinics and wholesalers in your territory.
- Champion Elanco Products: Provide valuable product information and training to customers, organizing and delivering presentations and events. This includes managing customer segmentation, pre-call planning, and CRM updates.
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement sales and marketing activities aligned with Elanco's overall strategy, including reporting customer feedback, competitor insights, and other relevant market information.
- Analyze and Recommend: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, survey customer needs, and recommend activities to maximize sales and market share.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: University degree (Veterinary degree preferred).
- Required Experience: Proven sales experience.
- Fluent Czech and English language proficiency (spoken and written).

- Sales Skills & Product Knowledge: Strong selling skills, a pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude, and knowledge of veterinary medicinal products.
- Relationship Building: Experience in establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Work Ethic & Independence: Self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented, clear thinking, and quick learning abilities, with the ability to work independently.
- Teamwork & Customer Focus: Strong team player skills, business and customer-oriented approach.
- Mobility: High mobility and a valid category B driver's license.
Additional Information:
- Travel: Extensive travel within the assigned territory (approximately 90%).
- Location: West, South, and part of Central Bohemia.
