About the job

We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive our global executive hiring strategy and help us attract top leadership talent. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a senior recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional sourcing skills, and experience building relationships with C-level and senior leaders in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

You'll work directly with executives and hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, map markets, and lead complex searches end-to-end, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong alignment with our company values and growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on all matters related to talent strategy and executive hiring.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from search design to offer negotiation.

  • Partner closely with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.

  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support executive hiring strategy.

  • Manage candidate relationships with confidentiality, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the business landscapes.
